J & N Herz Ltd offers a 'No Quibble 14 Day
Guarantee' on all purchases.
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for
any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in
its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item
J & N Herz Ltd does not offer a free returns
service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for
any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pack your parcel securely making sure you include a photocopy of your original
shipping note. Failure to provide a photocopy may result in credits being
delayed

Take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Standard
Parcel delivery service" with the extra compensation option if the goods
exceed the value of £27.00 ( this option should only cost approximately 45p
and will ensure you will be compensated in full should your parcel go
missing). Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
J & N Herz Ltd is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event
of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you by e.mail.
For any replacement, we will process your request within 24 hours, however
please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us
to redelivery.
If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, we
will automatically charge the original payment card, unless you supply us with
different card details. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to
the original payment card.
Our 'No quibble 14 day guarantee' applies to all products with the exception
of products which have been worn and underwear, which is non-returnable unless
faulty. Swimwear, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned. Your statutory
rights are not affected. J & N Herz Ltd doesn't have a returns courier
service, therefore all parcels must be returned via the Post Office. Your
postage will only be refunded if the items are faulty, incorrect or an
unsuitable alternative.
